✔ Full refund (after deducting payment gateway charges)
Within 48 hours of check-in:
⚠ 50% of booking amount will be deducted.
Within 24 hours or No-Show:
❌ No refund applicable.

Hotel Vista Haven may cancel bookings in cases such as:
